Q: Where should I go to rent an instrument?
A: We recommend any of the following stores in the greater Cincinnati area:
Buddy Roger's Music, Willis Music, Mehas Music, Moeller Music, Wert Music of Erlanger,
The Musical Arts Center.
Q: How much do instruments cost to rent?
A: New instruments rent for more than used; monthly rental ranges from
$15.00 - $25.00 for flute, clarinet, alto sax, trumpet, trombone and snare drum
kit; Alto sax rents for $30.00 - $45.00 per month.
Q: What if we already have an instrument?
A: That's ok, just make certain that your instrument is good working condition.
Q: Will my child perform in any programs or concerts?
A: Yes, we will have our first concert in December followed by a spring concert in May. The Music Staff also offers a summer program concluding with a concert in August.
Q: How much should my child practice each week?
A: We recommend at least 15 minutes a day for a minimum of five days a week.
